(M) Blizzard Lord- Support Staff sorta- Recieving a cryogenic exobyte turned his life upside down with no memory of who he is he stumbles across Starborn and asks for her help.
Villains
Lady Seed- Lady Starborn's enraged "cousin" Come to Gotham to make Starborn Miserable, so heavily changed by the exobytes she can never lead a normal life, she wields neture for power and retribution against those she percieves to have wronged her. She Follows circe so long as their agendas coincide.
(M) Summary Death- After being seriously burned by Samara Tsong this villain was nearly dead when Lex Luthor had him treated with an experimental Exobyte treatment altering him and fragmenting his memories.
